CNC grinding machine is the important equipment in the manufacture of high precision machining in modern manufacturing enterprises.Therefore, it is a efficient measure to optimize the design and transform domestic CNC grinding machine, and improve their static and dynamic performance and quality, as well as improving the precision and efficiency of the machine.The thesis take MKS 1320 CNC cylindrical grinding machine as analysis object, making researches on processing performance of the lathe bed, sliding saddle and the main shaft system. It makes a dynamic analysis and optimization on main structure of grinding machine using CAE and finite element analysis technology by establishment of the structure model of plane grinder through three dimensional solid modeling software. The main work is carried out as follows:1. The construction of 3D digital analysis model through SOLID EDGE software. The thesis makes a static and dynamic analysis on MSC.Patran software model through bidirectional link function of SOLID EDGE and PATRAN. It provides the theory evidence to product design and improvement by analysis of machine tool bed and researching of reliability response between bed static and dynamic loading and obtaining optimize direction.2. The construction of the spindle system and wheel rack vibration dynamic model. The thesis set up infinite element model by analysis of influence factors of grinding wheel causes with respect to the work table of the machine tool displacement and on key parts of the static and dynamic characteristics of the CAE model. It conducts machine idle relative vibration test and sine relative excitation test, and provides the analysis basis for the optimization design of saddle to improvedynamic factor of grinding machine by providing vibration mode and the change trend of each mode’s parts.3. The detailed research on the support stiffness of grinder’s spindle, the static and dynamic balance performance and the operation stability. The thesis obtains the best solution by contrast test of finite element in static mode and research of fixed frequency of spindle and relevant parameter.The thesis constructs static and dynamic model of MKS 1320 machine bed and main system through CAE technology. It also provides theory evidence for optimization and improvement of products by vibration test, as well as improving the precision and stability of grinding machine by optimization design of spindle system and vibration test bed.
