The shovel grinder is widely used in the field of hob shovel grinding processing,and is an important carrier to improve the accuracy of hob machining.Due to the disadvantages of complicated structure,long transmission chain,large noise,and complicated operation,the conventional shovel grinder gradually fails to meet the market demand for hob shovel grinding.Therefore,designing a CNC shovel with simple structure,stable performance and reliable quality is of great significance for improving the efficiency and precision of hob machining.This paper mainly studies the design and finite element analysis of the CNC shovel grinder,including the following research contents:1)According to the status quo of CNC grinders at home and abroad,to understand the layout and some parameters of various CNC grinders,to design three kinds of CNC shovel grinder overall structure of the program,analyze and compare the three programs to determine the final structure of the CNC shovel grinder,and Formulate machine design parameters.2)Specifically designing the structure of CNC shovel grinder,designing large parts such as CNC grinder bed and rotary table,designing rotary table locking mechanism,locking mechanism adopts hydraulic locking,designing CNC shovel grinding machine spindle system,spindle system adopting zero Drive torque motor drive,designed the CNC shovel grinding machine feed system,the layout and design of X-axis,Z-axis and grinding wheel on-line dressing system,the selection and design of each feed axis line rail,linear motor,the design of other parts include The design of the grinding head,the design of the tailstock and the selection of the electric spindle.3)Use the finite element method to perform static analysis and dynamic analysis on the key parts of the CNC shovel grinder.The displacement cloud diagram and the stress distribution cloud diagram of the CNC machine tool bed and rotary table were obtained in the finite element static analysis.The natural frequencies and vibration modes of the parts were obtained in the modal analysis.According to the principle of improving the low-order natural frequency of parts while reducing the quality of parts,the structure of the rotary table is optimized so that the new structure effectively improves the static and dynamic performance of the machine tool.The static analysis of the impact of the axial grinding force on the grinding wheel axis and the radial force exerted by the hob on the grinding wheel axis is performed on the grinding wheel shaft when grinding the hob side teeth.Transient dynamic analysis was performed on the reciprocating motion of the back-and-forth grinding part to investigate the influence of the grinding process on the support of the machine tool.The results show that the deformation results and stress concentration have little effect on the machine tool,and the machining accuracy meets the requirements.
