Study On Slope Stability Of No. 6 Pit East Mining Area In Jinning Phosphate Rock

Five production processes of open-pit mine composed of blasting, loading, transportation, dumping and soil covering. Nowadays, Jinning phosphate mine has gradually begun the deep mining. Also, the height and stability maintenance of slope have increased year by year. As a result, these factors threat slope stability and make the mining people’ lives and property in dangerous. In order to enhance the slope stability and to ensure the safety of mining people’ lives and property, "the study of the slope stability of the east area of the sixth mining in Jinning phosphate mine" is put forward.Based on reading many concerned literatures, and combine with the characteristics of the slope engineering of Jinning phosphate, the study of the slope stability is based on geological investigation, exploration test and numerical calculation and the slope monitoring. The main developments in this thesis are as follows.(1)Investigation and collecting data of Jinning phosphate mine, and getting the general situation the slope engineering of the east mining area.(2) Based on geological survey and exploration test, it is concluded that the eastern mining area related strata, joint fissure and fault slope unstability, landslide, three typical sections.(3)According to the three engineering categeories of three typical sections, to analysis the slope stability by the numerical calculation. It is concluded that the failure modes of the east mining area under different working conditions and the stability of the slope.(4) Comprehensive comparison of bedding slope treatment projects, the anchor rope (rod) in the east mining slope reinforcement scheme is more suitable for use, and improve the waterproof and drainage scheme of slope.(5) The surface displacement and deep displacement of the slope are supporting structure monitoring, which can effectively predict the trend of slope deformation, and guide the normal construction of slope, and provide the basis for correct design.According to the actual slope circumstance of the east mining area of sixth mining in Jinning phosphate mine, this paper puts forward the corresponding prevention and gives the controlling methods and measures of the slope unstability in east mining area. The harmful of slope instability reduces to a minimum in mining enterprises, and there provides some valuable experience for similar projects.
