Wool has been used for a long time as a textile materials. It has a lot of greater performance that other fibers do not own, such as non-toxic, pollution-free and biodegradable. Meanwhile, the fabric made of wool fiber have remarkable wet absorption and drapability and is pilling resistance and comfortable. With a large number of keratin in it, wool has been studied in many fields such as food raw materials, cosmetic raw materials and medical materials. The regenerated protein spinning solution with high viscosity and high concetration is prepared with mixed solvent of mercaptoethanol urea deionized water to fabric regenerated protein fiber. The ratio of wool powder, mercaptoethanol, urea and deionized water is 1:1:1:1. According to the different concentration of spinning solution, vacuum of the deaeration tank, deaeration time and temperature of deaeration, we study the deaeration process to research and evaluate the degree of deaeration, removing air bubbles in the dope maximum limitly. In the deaeration stage, through the independent design and processing equipment comparative analysis of the bubble formation process, the deaeration mechanism are discussed in this paper. The results showed that: deaeration tank temperature is 40 ℃, vacuum of it is-92 kpa. When dope deaeration is to 3h, effection of deaeration is remarkable. Then the deaeration affect on its solidification and hot water drawing. In the early solidification, Mainly we study the influence of deaeration on raw of silk at the beginning of the forming mainly, and different coagulation bath concentration and temperature affect on the influence of the fiber structure of regenerated protein fibe, To explore the best deaeration process. In the process of drafting of hot water, through studying the influence of the deaeration on drawing ratio of the fibers, and the influence of drafting in the hot water on the structure and mechanical properties of regenerated protein fiber, we analyzed the influence of deaeration in drafting. We also analyze the structure evolution of the regenerated protein fiber in the spinning process, and some variation in the fiber spinning out after deaeration. Anyhow, deaeration is an essential part in the preparation before the fiber spinning process. this With the help of other polymers’ deaeration process research, we make the deaeration process parameters in the spinning. At the same time, we figure out the best technological process to suit for the high polymer spinning, on the basis of the wet spinning process and considering the particularity of wool structure.
