With the augmentation of the environmental protection consciousness, the ionic liquid should be widely on renewable resources, especially the preparation of regenerated protein and cellulose, because it is not only efficient and quick and easy recycling. This subject research systematically characterized the keratin/cellulose blend solution rheology properties, the spinning suitable conditions were determined through test and analysis the parameters influence on the rheological properties of the blend solution. The appropriate concentrate composition ratio was determined regeneration protein/cellulose(6/4), temperature of 60 ℃, the best concentration of spinning solution of 5% blend solution by discussing the three different under different temperature and the concentration of concentrate rheological curve and then combining blend solution viscoelasticity and spinnability of the requirements. The topic then analyzed the kinetics and coagulation of the keratin/cellulose blend solution in the process of solidification, the study was determined the most suitable for spinning dope concentration of 5% by analyze the structure of the fiber morphology characteristics and combined with coagulation conditions and the drafting of fiber requirements, when spinning fiber structure is the best and get the best quality of fiber and obtain fiber structure more uniform density, the coagulation bath temperature was 60 ℃and the concentration of coagulation bath is 6% and to draft three times. The subject also represent the different composition of blend fiber structure features and the relationship with performance, and then analyze the thermal and mechanical properties of blend fiber, results show that the fiber structure become more uniform density and surface more smooth and the crystallization and orientation of the fibers obtain improve with the increase of the draft, the blend fiber combines the advantages of both because the blend fibers internal structure of alpha helix structure basically has disappeared and keep only beta folding structure and Silk Ⅱcrystal structure, the blending fiber thermal decomposition temperature and heat time is improved and the diameter of the blend fibers decreased gradually and the breaking strength and breaking strength are increased gradually, in addition the structure and properties of fibers are improved with the drafting.
