Wool is an important natural polymer, widely used in the textile and garment industry, but in the wool fiber used in the raw material restricted by its own characteristics and production conditions and other factors, the use of wool is not sufficient, produces a lot of waste in the production process. In this paper, "green solvent" ionic liquids as solvent, dissolving wool fiber and cellulose fiber spinning and film-forming solution, preparation of composite membrane materials, so that waste of wool to treasure.Research on this topic from two aspects. First change instrument pure wool keratin solution and the rheological properties of wool/cellulose blending solution, temperature, concentration, mixing ratios, spinning the non-Newtonian liquid index, viscosity index structure, effect of temperature of coagulation bath on solutions, optimum preparation technology; Finally, the preparation of keratin membrane performance test analysis. Results showed that: Dang total hybrid film liquid of concentration for 8%, wool fiber and cellulose fiber of total mixed proportion for 8:2, dissolved temperature for 100 ℃, solidification bath composition components for ion liquid/ethanol(3:7), solidification bath temperature for 60 ℃, at in by preparation of solidification bath in the added 0.2%-0.3% of metal ion(Cu2+ or Fe3+) can shortened total mixed film in solidification bath in the of forming time, through this business film process by preparation of total mixed film surface smooth, has must of mechanical performance. And TG keratin membrane test, x-ray diffraction, FTIR Spectra after testing showed that membranes prepared by having a certain amount of protein properties, heat resistance also significantly improved.
