With the advance of industrialization, the modernization of textile industry is speeding up as well. As a traditional pillar industry to the national economy, problems caused by energy consumption problem occur. At present, due to high energy consumption, wastewater emissions and other defects, the sustainable development of textile industry is restricted. Energy consumption of air conditioning takes up the major proportion in textile industry. Therefore seeking for the textile air conditioning energy measures become the primary task of experts and scholars engaged in this field.This topic puts forward air conditioning system of the temperature and humidity independent control, and a case study of rotor spinning workshop, temperature and humidity independent control air-conditioning system is described detail. Through theoretical analysis and computer simulations, the air conditioning system is completely meet the demands of textile workshop production and workers’ health, energy-saving effect is very significant. The main contents of this project are as follows:By comparing the textile air conditioning and air conditioning, clear characteristics of the air conditioning system in textile factory, in order to prepare for the study of temperature and humidity independent control air conditioning system.Describing the temperature and humidity independent control air conditioning system and air humidified theory, and analyzing the feasibility of application of temperature and humidity independent control air conditioning system in textile with high temperature and high humidity workshop.A case study of rotor spinning workshop introduces the design and application of temperature and humidity independent control air-conditioning system in high temperature and high humidity workshop, and compared with energy consumption of traditional textile air conditioning. The temperature and humidity independent control air conditioning system is subject to the following steps, firstly, the workshop design parameters should be cleared, and the cold and hot load of high temperature and high humidity workshop should be counted. Secondly, the workshop air volume is calculated by the theory of air humidification and heat and moisture balance principle. Here, the calculation is more complex, which requires multiple times to seek appropriate air volume, then checking the workshop air, if the air changes meet the cleanliness requirements of workplace, started to count the air balance of the workshop, Otherwise, humidification amount is changed to meet the workshop cleanliness requirements. Finally, the selection of high temperature chiller, transmission and distribution system was based on the cooling, airflow and water consumption of room air conditioning. The energy consumption of temperature and humidity independent control air-conditioning system was reduced significantly, power consumption of air conditioning equipment operating is reduced by about 1 million degrees per year, and water consumption of air conditioning is decreased by 26.5%, Energy-saving effect is very significant.Take the rotor spinning workshop as examples, this paper introduced the steps of CFD software simulation and analyzed the simulation results of the air flow organization. In conclusion, the workshop airflow was distributed uniformly, the air temperature workshop meet the staff requirement of work environment, and the air humidity of workshop fully meet the requirements of production technology. The simulation results proved the feasibility and efficiency of this subject very well, and provided a reference for the temperature and humidity independent control air-conditioning system applied to the textile workshop in the next stage.In a word, through this research study found that it is theoretically feasible application of temperature and humidity independent control air conditioning system in the high temperature and high humidity of the textile workshop.
