With the gradual depletion of shallow surface resources,most of our mines have been transferred to deep mining.Due to the increase of mine excavation depth and the exothermic and humidifying effect of other hot and humid sources,high temperature and high humidity has become a prominent problem restricting the safe production of deep wells.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the cooling and dehumidification technology of deep wells to further improve the climatic conditions of working face.In this paper,the temperature and humidity independent control of the deep well cooling system is put forward,and in the same conditions,the traditional deep well cooling system is compared with no pre-cooling and pre-cooling temperature and humidity independent control of deep well cooling system.The choice of analysis' results is pre-cooling temperature and humidity independent control of the deep well cooling system,that is,high temperature and humidity air is cooled by the surface colder,and then through the rotor dehumidifier for dehumidification,and then cooled by the second surface cooler,finally sent it into the deep well working face.Temperature and humidity independent control of deep well cooling system's experimental platform mainly includes six parts:air pretreatment equipment,cold source,temperature and humidity independent control equipment,air system,water system and test system.Under different working conditions,the influence of key parameters on the system performance was analyzed by experimental method,and the results showed that:(1)Regenerative temperature is an important factor affecting the system dehumidification performance,and only when the regeneration temperature is increased from 70? to 106 ?,the sensible heat efficiency of the system is reduced by 18.3%,but the total heat efficiency is increased by 4.7%.It can be seen that the higher the regeneration temperature,the better the dehumidification effect.(2)Temperature of supplying water is an important factor affecting the performance of the system,that is,with the water temperature increases,cooling and dehumidification effect are worse.When only the water temperature rises from 7.1? to 18.9 ?,the system's sensible heat efficiency is reduced by 22.1%and the total thermal efficiency is reduced by 27.9%.(3)The import humidity is the main parameter that affects the dehumidification performance of the system,and when the moisture content of the inlet increases from 18.37g/kg to 29.06g/kg,the system's thermal efficiency is reduced by 18.3%,but the total heat efficiency is increased by 15.2%.This shows that for high humidity air,the system can also manifest the ideal dehumidification performance.
