As one of the eight largest freshwater lake in China-The Inner Mongolia Wuliangsuhai, is a rare large multi-functional lake wetland in the scope of arid steppe and desert region of the world, but as the industrial wastewater and the irrigation water inflowing, causing the eutrophication of water bodies growing. As the eutrophication index what is N and P content, it also take an important impact on the greenhouse gas emissions. This study used "the static chamber and gas chromatogram method ", observed the CH4, N2O flux exchange, the ecological system breathing (TRE) and the related environment variables (Including the soil temperature, the soil moisture, the NO3--N and the NH4+-N of soil, the DOC) from 2013.6 to 2013.11 and from 2014.03 to 2014.12 for six consecutive months on Wuliangsuhai lakeside zone (The shore white spines community-the alkaline shoreline community-the lake reed community):The results show that the Wuliangsuhai lakeside with the CH4, N2O flux exchange and the ecosystem breathing has obvious time change rule.Among them:the CH4 flux exchange is positive in the process of observation, is characterized by the source, the CH4 flux exchange with the soil temperature, the soil moisture and the soil NH4+-N content are very significant positive correlation (P< 0.01), and is very significant negative correlation with the NO3--N content (P< 0.01), the CH4 flux exchange and the DOC has significant correlation (P< 0.05); The Lakeside zone exchange of N2O flux with the soil temperature and the soil NO3--N content are significant positive correlation (P< 0.05), and were very significant negative correlation between soil moisture (P< 0.01), and has significant negative correlation relationship with the soil NH4+-N (P< 0.05), the DOC has no significant influence on it; Lakeside zone ecosystem total respiration (TRE) in the observation period show a trend witch it is rising at first, and when it reaches the highest point, it begin to fall, with the soil temperature and soil moisture are significantly positive correlation (P<0.01), it means that the soil temperature and humidity on the ecological system has the remarkable effect on the ecosystem total respiration (TRE) breathing and the DOC has significant positive correlation (P<0.05).
