With the increasing pollution of the environment, the large thermal power plant boiler flue gas desulfurization has been carried out, and the small and medium boiler flue gas desulfurization is gradually implemented, due to economic factors and industry, large power plant used in the limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization process has its limitations, and therefore need to be based on the characteristics of medium and small boilers, especially industrial furnace, Sodium Alkali FGD process is one of the options.This paper conducted study on the Sodium Alkali FGD process in the application of small boilers, through experimental analysis of inlet SO2 concentration, slurry pH value, flue gas temperature, liquid gas ratio, flue gas velocity in the absorption tower and other factors on the desulfurization efficiency effect, according to the analysis results to determine the conditions of Sodium Alkali FGD design. Analysis results show that the absorption tower inlet flue gas SO2 concentration can improve the SO2 in the gas phase within the body mass, but due to in a certain period of time in reaction of SO2 increased, leads to an increase in the reactant base, base increase reduce the absorption rate of SO2 absorption favorable strength, so that the desulfurization efficiency decreased; slurry pH value increase and improve the desulfurization efficiency, but too high pH value is not conducive to the formation of by-product from flue gas desulphurization, so without affecting the desulfurization efficiency of the premise, pH should as far as possible in the low control; flue gas temperature will lead to rising Jiang Yewen, absorption slurry temperature increased for the improvement of desulfurization efficiency disadvantage; absorption tower liquid to gas ratio increase, improve the efficiency of flue gas desulfurization; absorption tower flue gas velocity increases, reduce the contact time of desulfurization slurry and the flue gas, desulfurization efficiency will decline.In a lead-zinc smelter group volatile kiln flue gas desulfurization project were engineering design, flue gas in the acidic sulfur dioxide absorption by alkaline solution of sodium hydroxide, salting out crystallization for absorption to generate sodium bisulfite slurry, by drying to obtain the product of crystal of sulfuric acid and sodium sodium alkali desulfurization process for engineering design.The problems encountered in the process of debugging and operation are analyzed and the solutions are put forward.
