In the oil refining and chemical plant, atmospheric and vacuum distillation is the first step of crude oil processing. Safe and smooth operation of the pressure-relief devices often directly affects the production efficiency of the entire oil refinery. With the increase of the acid value, the corrosion of crude distillation equipment is more and more serious in our country, the corrosion of the equipment brings great harm to safe operation and service life of the equipment, corrosion leakage often appears, and seriously threatens the device’s normal production。The paper based on the running status of current domestic atmospheric and vacuum crude processing device and the existing prominent problems, combined with research work of domestic and foreign research and production practice, carried out the case analysis, corrosion mechanization,corrosion inhibitor optimization at high temperature, process anti-corrosion and anti-corrosion materials, provides a theoretical basis and new method of experience to improve our atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit equipment reliability。The main research works of this paper are:(1) Looked up and retrieved documents home and abroad widely about atmospheric and vacuum equipment corrosion and corrosion protection, equipment reliability, monitoring and other related data, did in-depth research, and analyzed the usual usage of pressure-relief device in our country, found out the main problems of pressure-relief devices, laid the foundation for the research of atmospheric, vacuum equipment corrosion and protection。(2)According to the work environment and process of often pressure-relief devices, analyzed the types of corrosion of often pressure-relief devices, and carried out the research on corrosion mechanism of atmospheric and vacuum low temperature light oil parts HCl- H2S-O2- H2 O, high temperature sulfur corrosion mechanism, mechanism of naphthenic acid corrosion and sulfur and naphthenic acid。(3) According to the mechanism research of atmospheric and vacuum low temperature light oil and high-temperature sulfur and naphthenic acid corrosion, combined with the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit equipment corrosion case analysis, found the main factors influencing the pressure-relief devices corrosion and easy corrosion parts。(4) Using the way of contrasting, industrial test and the optimum, found the MLH-Ⅱ high temperature naphthenic acid corrosion has good inhibition for naphthenic acid corrosion of oil, it also can reduce the acid value in the distillate, and slow the corrosion of high temperature heavy oil parts of often pressure-relief devices effectively。(5)For the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit, this paper summarized principle of site selection for proposed site selection in low temperature, high temperature sulfur and naphthenic acid corrosion。According to the research work of this paper, we can fully realized the corrosion mechanism and failure form of often pressure-relief device,the case analysis and protective measures, provides a new theory and methods to solve the corrosion problems of often pressure-relief devices currently, it has important theoretical significance and practical application value to improve life of often pressure-relief devices, ensure the safety of the refinery production, and improve the economic benefit of refining enterprises。...
