The fracturing has been widely used in the production currently,the performance of fracturing fluid play a crucial role during the operation,but there are several problems that the fracturing fluid is gel breaking hard,poor resistance to temperature and salt,and it will pollute the environment and the reservoir.This paper aiming to the low pressure,low permeability reservoir at Chang 10 reservoir of Yanchang Oil Field,embarking on research from inhibit clay swelling and reduce the hurt to reservoir pore throat,mainly developing the crosslinking agent thickener under acidic conditions and the crosslinking agent which crosslinking with it,as well as developing the system compatibility cationic additives to form the carboxymethyl guar acidic fracturing fluid system.Thirteen performance indicators such as the compatibility, crosslinking, temperature resistance, resistance to shear of fracturing fluid system were evaluating by indoor experiment.These experiments shows that Carboxymethyl guar acidic fracturing fluid system has good compatibility formation, crosslinking, heat resistance and other properties,which can satisfy the application requirements of Chang10 reservoir of Yanchang Oil Field.Based on the analysis of Chang10 reservoir at Yanchang segment Yanchang Oilfield, Carboxymethyl guar acidic fracturing fluid system was used in the pilot test in the study area.After transformation, the average daily oil test production is 4.7m3, the average daily water test production is 4.7m3, achieved good production results. By analyzing the fracturing effect after using carboxymethyl guar acidic fracturing fluid, we found that the fracturing fluid system has obvious application effect, providing a new techonogy mesure for the Chang 10 reservoir at Yanchang Oilfield, which has very important application value.
