Hydraulic fracturing is the main stimulation for increasing oil and gas production and water injection. In order to solve the above problem, it is necessary to extend oil field geological characteristics of the development of new type of fracturing fluid to replace the melon gum fracturing fluid, so as to reduce the cost of fracturing, guarantee the purpose of the fracturing operation smoothly. Polyacrylamide is commonly used for oil displacement and profile control water plugging, its performance similar to the melon glue glue, costs are relatively cheap, so the polyacrylamide fracturing fluid formulation system has important practical application value. Summed up the polyacrylamide fracturing fluid formula.In this paper, through the indoor experiment, considering the performance of different fracturing fluid in different stage, by.measuring the time and gel strength of screening the molecular weight of polyacrylamide, determine the types of crosslinking agent, the foundation of the gel formula is:0.3%HPAM+0.2%OG+0.1%HS, the enzymes do contrast with the traditional breaker, enzyme gel breaking faster and more completely, optimize its concentration, and screening inhibitors control gel breaking process, gel breaking the basis of the formula is:0.01%enzyme+0~2%Mn2+, the final inspection for fracturing fluid additives, the influence of clay stabilizer and surface active agent for fracturing fluid had no effect, the compatibility between them is also very good, for evaluating indoor fracturing fluid, residue content was only39mg/L~40mg/L, is less than the standard residue content is 900mg/L, less pollution on the system, and has good resistance to shear stability, higher carrier performance, by laboratory core experiments, measured the core damage rate is around10%-20%, were less than those in the general technical conditions "of the fracturing fluid index of30%.
