The Application Of Controllogix In The Control Of Multi-media Pump SCADA System

The pump is the key equipment of the product pipeline operation, and also is the power equipment of the pipeline. Both electric and oil-driven pump is the key to the normal operation of the long-distance pipeline. At present, some product pipeline in the design process, in order to avoid mixture of production or reduce mixture of production, using ditch laid some pipes and using the same pump to transfer the different medium of product. This process in part of Lanzhengchang product pipeline branches is apllied firstly in our country. The particularity of this technology is also put forward the special requirements of control system.Through the application of the Controllogix in SCADA system, this paper discusses the Controllogix in SCADA system hardware configuration, programming, I/O distribution and configuration of communication. Especially for Petrochina Lanzhengchang product pipeline changqing station medium pump, this paper designs the configuration scheme of PLC and man-machine interface, fully meet the actual application and technology of the protection requirements, and increased the automation level of pipeline operation. This will greatly improve the stability of the whole system running, give full play to the SCADA system of long distance oil and gas pipeline control.
