Pipeline operation is a complicated systematic project, which through a complex environment area highways, railways, rivers, farmland, villages, etc., oil, heat, power, equipment, weather and other factors involved, any minor deficiencies are likely to lead to large the accident, therefore, in-depth study of various risk factors in the pipeline to run its evaluation and control, has important practical applications significance.1. This article discusses the basic principles of risk analysis, definitions, and classification principles accident factors. Based on "bathtub curve" for the reliability evaluation studies at various times served long-distance pipeline route system. At home and abroad in the form of pipeline damage analysis and accident statistics, based on fundamental factors to get the country’s oil and gas pipelines destroyed, established oil and gas pipeline risk fault tree model in line with the actual situation.2. This paper briefly describes the current site instance oil and gas pipeline risk assessment work in the more commonly used index and its score, combined with the revised fault tree based on the weight of the pipeline risk assessment index score in the score set, to find out the cause of the accident, better applications to the scene.3. The paper points out the defect index, since there is no consideration of pipeline failure induced by a number of factors influence the fuzziness factor, so the risk assessment results are not accurate enough, the individual assessment results will appear when conflicting phenomenon. This paper considers the fuzziness factor affecting the results of the risk assessment, fuzzy mathematical theory and methods, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method combined with the index method, and the method is defined as the fuzzy index comprehensive method of long-distance oil and gas pipeline risk assessment, make the evaluation results more objective and accurate.
