The oil well water out is water injection wells facing a serious problem. Long-term oil field water injection, due to flat and vertical reservoir heterogeneity, differences in oil viscosity and oil wells on the group imbalances will inevitably cause the injection of water along with the high permeability wells coming into production, resulting in the inefficiencies into the water cycle, which not only greatly affected the degree of recovery of crude oil, but also because of energy consumption, output fluid handling, pipeline corrosion greatly increased production costs and environmental pollution. For this reason, people using a variety of technology to reduce water wells, which adjust the water injection profile as an effective, low cost technology.In this paper, Changqing Panguliang oilfield is the study group, through the fractured reservoirs in deep profile, selected well and layer technologies, and micro-crack type of profile control system. In the basis of comprehensive geological study, the use of chemical flooding technology to harness the reservoir, and chemical control and flooding conditions on a prominent role in improving the water absorption, water absorption increased thickness, increased water drive efficiency, increasing oil production significantly, as oil Tibetan stable foundationChangqing Panguliang oilfield based in north central belt of Ordos Basin northern slope. According to the present form and structure of basin evolution, Ordos Basin can be divided into:Yimen uplift, Weibei uplift, western margin thrust belt, western Shanxi flexure zone, day Central Depression, Northern slopes sub 6 structural units, located in northern Shaanxi Changqing Gu Chunliang slope.
