In this paper, aiming at the issues that water development in long-term for H block, the water stucking are not balanced for injection wells, ground water in low, ineffective water injection rate increased, the workload of each year a variety of measures increased, but the effects of measures are worse. According to its geological characteristics, analysis based on production history in a comprehensive, evaluate the development indexs include waterflood recovery efficiency factor, comprehensive moisture content,affusion utilization and so on for the typical profile of H block, the results showed that: after typical wells adjusted profile-log, water utilization has rised, water flooding development effect has been improved, indicating that up of profile control measures effective. So as to a greater degree improve effect of water injection to the block, enhance affusion sweep volume, reduce water content of well group,adjustable plugging technology research is necessary.Taking use of numerical simulation techniques, we built a geological model according to the actual reservoir by petrel software ,and studied the remaining oil distribution of this blocks by eclipse software. The history matching resulted that: the calculation of geological reserves is 1212.35×104t, the actual geological reserves is 1227.0×104t, the relative error is 1.2%,calculation of cumulative oil production is 432.54×104t, the actual data is 427.79×104t, the relative error is only0.88%, a simulation of comprehensive moisture is 84.85%, the actual moisture content is 85.80%, relative error was 0.3%. Residual oil saturation are distributed unevenly among vertical and plane, especially on the vertical staggering, Caused by this phenomenon mainly by the anisotropy of interlayer and heterogeneity, Residual oil exists by the way of interlayer interference, Plane water channeling, Washing differences caused by rhythm of thick reservoir permeability and diffierence of Heterogeneity degree and Injection-production imperfect,we could through adjusting cutting operations,changing injection water fluid flow direction, adjusting profile-log get the effect of Increasing oil precipitation.Through the distribution of remaining oil and the actual geology of the comprehensive analysis, select according to qualifications the profile well and profile layer, analyse profile control effect about stemming ratio, adjustable cutting radius, adjustable cutting time. adjustable cutting rounds injection pressure. confirm the best scheme, the results show that: after operation of block profil the cumulative oil production is 652.45×104t, stage cumulative incremental oil is 253.52×104t, the ultimate recovery was 53.19%, compared with the basic programs, recovery value increment was 8.59%, When crude oil prices at 1,000 yuan / t ~ 2000 yuan / t varies, the profile control program income profile than the non-value-added up to 1.14254 billion yuan.
