| Phthalic acid esters are an important kind of EDCs. They can change the endocrine system of humans and other animals. Then they will lead to teratogenic, carcinogenic, mutagenic effect. They are widely used in all kinds of plastic products mainly as plasticizer. In recent years, with the use of plastic products, more and more phthalates continuously had entered into the environment. Now, this kind of compound has become an important organic pollutants in global environment.Due to the state has no specific standards for the testing method of phthalic acid ester in environment(except water), so the monitoring management method about phthalates in environmental media is not perfect enough for environmental monitoring station course of Changji. This paper selected four kinds of phthalic acid esters(DMP, DEP, DBP and DEHP) which had priority control by the national environmental protection bureau(EPA) as the target pollutants to study the extraction, analysis and purification method. The results are as follows:(1)Using gas chromatography(GC) analyzed phthalic acid ester. Four kinds of analysis method of phthalic acid ester pollutants were set up, and linear range, linear correlation and the minimum detection limit were determined after testing system research. The result indicated that the analysis testing needs of phthalic acid ester compounds were meet particularly.(2)Pretreatment method of phthalic acid ester in soil, plants and impervious organic membrane were built. We optimized the extraction and purification condition of three kinds of medium respectively:Soil: The soxhlet extraction method was built with dichloromethaneas extraction solvent, constant temperature water bathat 60 °C for 8 h; the purification adsorbent was established as neutral alumina with the eluent for ethyl acetate, 1.5 m L/min elution rate, elution purification method of 80 m L.Plant:The Ultrasonic extraction method was built with dichloromethane as extraction solvent, 100% extracting power under room temperature for 15 min; the purification adsorbent was established as neutral alumina-graphitized carbon black with the eluent for ethyl acetate, 1 m L/min elution rate, elution purification method of 100 m L. Impervious organic film: The soxhlet extraction method was built with the n-hexane: acetone(1:1) as extraction solvent, constant temperature water bath at 50 °C for 12 h.(3)The analysis from October 2014 to December 2014 indicated that PAEs are ubiquitous environmental contaminants, and the dominant were DBP and DEHP. The mean PAE concentrations of soil, plants, surface films, atmosphere and water was 1.09 × 10-2g/m3, 6.57 × 10-2g/m3, 0.28 g/m3, 5.54 × 10-7g/m3, 9.84 × 10-2g/m3, respectively. Based on MUM and combined with the geographical and meteorological information and other conditions of Changji city, the Multimedia fate Model of Level ш steady-state was constructed to simulate the four kinds of phthalic acid ester migration tending towards in the city. The reliability of the model was verified by the agreement between the measured and calculated concentrations. The agreement of calculated values and the measured has verified the reliability of MUM, and it indicated that model can be applied to the simulation of PAE multimedia fate in Changji city. |
