This dissertation investigate the performance comparison of HRSY process simulation, simulation of HRSY combined with REY technology for REY molecular sieve synthesized. The results indicated that the crystallinity, lattice constant are higher than that of the former, rare earth oxide content is slightly lower than the former, Na2O content is slightly higher than the former. Using two kinds of comparison process preparation of corresponding to the preparation of molecular sieve catalytic cracking catalyst, do the corresponding ACE performance analysis and evaluation. The evaluation result indicates that the latter of dry gas and coke yields low 0.19 percentage points,0.73 percentage points higher yields of gasoline, diesel oil yield 0.05 percentage points lower, residue of low yield of 0.04 percentage points,0.45 percentage points lower gas yield, high conversion rate by 0.1 percentage points. Comparative data show that simulation of HRSY and REY in combination with REY molecular sieve prepared by the preparation technology of catalytic cracking catalyst prepared can meet the requirements of product design. This paper also examines the effects of different rare earth up sieve crystallinity of molecules, for quasi HRSY and REY combined process for preparing REY molecular sieve one or two optimal process conditions, the test results show that:when a paid exchange and two exchange molecular sieve:rare earth oxide were 1:0.06, sodium oxide and rare earth oxide can reach the index, and the high degree of crystallinity. Optimize of the production process of REY molecular sieve has been obtained.
