Cotton fabric of wrinkle-resistant finishing with press-dry-cure process, although access to good anti-wrinkle effect, but approximately 20% of cross-linking agent migrated during the cure process, stress concentration resulted in fabric strength decreased after crosslinking. foam technology giving the textile a low level of moisture take-u, reduced or even eliminated the phenomenon of migration during the cure process, improved the quality of finished products. But in practice, lack of the systematic research of foam properties for foam technology, which was easily for uneven finishing, limitting its large-scale production practice.Foam properties were largely affected by testing and evaluation methods, which can not accurately and steadily judge the foam properties of foam technology now.For that reason, the DFA100 dynamic foam analyzer with different foaming modes(shear method and air flow method), and this paper established a method of the detection and evaluation for the foam properties of industrial foam machine(Autofoam) by adjusting the process parameters of the two foaming modes. Based on this method, the researchers screen foaming agent for anti-wrinkle finishing;regulation of the parameters of Autofoam, preparation of foam for wrinkle-resistant.Optimization the foam technology of Wrinkle-resistant finish, and compared fabric after foam finishing with press-dry-cure finishing.Research indicates:1) DFA100 dynamic foam analyzer using the built-in shearing method generated foam, whose foam size matched with Autofoam. shear method parameters : shearing time 30 s, shearing rate 4000 rpm, liquid volume 40 mL;2) The four common types of anionic surfactant, including ammonium sulfate type, carboxylic acid sodium type, sodium sulfonate type and sulfonic sodium type,were preferably tested. The better acid and salt resistance anionic surfactants were ALES, DLS, AES, LAS-30. These four kinds of anionic surfactants separately mixxed with anti-wrinkle agent, whose foamability and foam stability were both decreased. Depending on the decrease of foamability, arranging from small to large :LAS-30、DLS、ALES、AES; Depending on the decline of foam stability, arrangingfrom small to large: DLS、ALES、LAS-30、AES. By consideration,ALES mixxing with anti-wrinkle agent was best in foamability and foam stability. After complexing wih the non-ionic surfactant,ALES was improved significantly in foamability and foam stability. the synergistic effect of APG0810 was more obvious, and the foaming ability was 36.8% higher than ALES, and the foam stability was 41.7% higher than ALES.3) Autofoam parameters(shearing rate、foaming ratio) maked grate changes on the foam size、foam size dispersion and foam stability. When the foam shearing rate increased from 400 rpm to 700 rpm, the foam size decreased gradually, the stability of foam enhanced, and its dispersion become smaller, the foam uniformity is perfect, the two were slightly higher than 700 rpm, therefore the 700 rpm of shearing rate was appropriate. When the foaming ratio enhanced form 2.66 to 5, The faom size was gradually reduced, the dispersion became smaller, and the foam uniformity was higher.When foaming ratio is more than 5, the foam size increased, the dispersion became higher, although the foam stability has been enhanced, but the foam uniformity began to become worse, so the foaming ratio of 5 is appropriate.4) the optimization process of foam anti-crease finishing: Preparation of foam finishing liquid: foam agent(the mass ratio of APG0810 and ALES was 1:1)5g/L;Anti wrinkle agents(TF650, TF651, TF652, TF652 A, and the concentration ratio was10:2:4:3, TF650 100g/L)'Autofoam parameters(liquid pump feed rate was 3L/min,air flow rate was 0.3L/min, the foaming ratio was adjusted to 5, shearing rate 700 rpm,gas flow rate was 0.3L/min) 'foam applied 'preliminary drying(80℃,1min)'cure process(160 ℃,2min). With the same anti-wrinkle agent, compared to the padding finishing, foam wrinkle resistant finishing of the fracture strength increased obviously, anti-wrinkle recovery angle was also improved.
