In this paper, we prepare the water bathed TiO2, and use H2O2 modified TiO2 to prepare catalyst of visible light, and through researching the hydrogen peroxide solution concentration, reaction temperature, reaction time, it is easy to find the effects of peroxide groups on the product. X-ray diffraction (XRD), UV-vis diffuse instrument (UV-vis DRS), Fourier infrared spectrometer (FTIR) and Raman spectrometer (Raman) are applied to a characterized structure, performance and chemical composition of as-prepared samples. Various factors taken into account, the best preparation process for the hydrogen peroxide modified titanium dioxide:the reaction time of hydrogen peroxide oxidation modification is 3 hours, hydrogen peroxide solution concentration is 30%and reaction temperature is 50℃, the peroxide groups content of as-prepared samples can arrive at 0.77%.The photo catalytic activity of as-prepared samples is evaluated by degradation of methylene orange under visible light irradiation, the results show that the H2O2 modified TiO2 has excellent photo catalytic activity, we research its photo catalytic degradation performance conditions (such as the reaction time of hydrogen peroxide oxidation modification, hydrogen peroxide solution concentration and reaction temperature, etc.). The results show that, when hydrogen peroxide modified titanium dioxide reaction time is 3 h, hydrogen peroxide solution concentration is 30%, and the reaction temperature for 50 ℃, hydrogen peroxide modified of titanium dioxide has the best photocatalytic ability, the degradation rate is 96.31%.Photo catalytic stability and photo catalytic regeneration of as-prepared samples are evaluated by degradation of methylene orange under visible light irradiation. The results show that along with increasing of the reaction number of the hydrogen peroxide oxidation modified titanium dioxide, photocatalytic performance gradually reduce, when photocatalytic to five times the degradation rate can still keep to more than 60%, so the photo catalytic of hydrogen peroxide modified titanium dioxide has high stability. Using the tenth samples of photo catalytic degradation and according to the methods of hydrogen peroxide modified titanium dioxide to oxidize TiO2, the photo catalytic degradation rate can be increased to 76.50%, so the H2O2 modified TiO2 can be reused and then recycled.
