There is a close and negative correlation between air negative ions and air pollution. Air negative ions have an important positive effect on people’s health. The concentration of air negative ions is also one of the most important indexes for people to judge the quality of the air and environment. It has a very important guiding significance for the development of the ecological tourism and the improvement of the living environment.The study of negative air ion concentration is carried out by sampling in scenic area, park, forest and other places which are covered by vegetation and plants, based on which, air negative ion concentration in the environment of plants is tested and analyzed. And most of them only use the water environment sampling in the region as a reference while it seldom analyzes the distribution features of air negative ion in water environment separately.In this research, it uses the water environment in Sun Island scenic area in Harbin, Stalin Park, Hulan Estuary Wetland Park, Binjiang Wetland Park, Sun Island of Harbin Songhua River- Stalin Park as the research samples. It carries out periodic measurement of air negative ions and environmental factors of the surrounding areas and the environment: the lakes, rivers, wetlands, other wetland environment, waterfalls, rain and so on, based on which it carries out a small-scale research by using SPOT remote sensing image, combined with the technologies of spatial statistics, 3S and indoor simulation experiment so as to build the different water environment prediction model for negative air ions. What is more, it derives the air negative ion value model by analyzing the air negative ion production model which is the representative of project theory so as to indirectly guide the ecological benefits evaluation. The research is to provide the practical basis of the improvement of urban air quality in Northeast China and put forward some suggestions for the planning and construction of the urban landscape in the northeast of china with the theoretical reference for the rational planning of urban greening structure in Northeast china being provided as well.It is found in the study:(1) The air negative ion concentration is the highest in the waterfall environment than that of other waters with the production and ecological value being the highest as well.(2) The main influence factors of air negative ions are different for different waters. Therefore, the error rate of the prediction model constructed by using the corresponding influence factors is smaller. In this paper, the error rate of the four waters prediction models studied are all less than 10%.(3) For different research area or research environment, the spatial interpolation analysis is carried out so as to get the obvious results by adopting the corresponding spatial interpolation method. From the study of negative air ions of water environment, the river environment is more suitable for the interpretation of spatial interpolation method. Other waters are more suitable for inverse-distance weighted interpolation method.(4) There are many influence factors in the natural environment for the research object. Due to the limitations of measurement technology, environmental conditions, the main factor can’t be ruled out. We can try to use the way of indoor simulation, by which all the above problems are solved.
