As a result of the progress of society and industrialization, environment pollution is becoming more and more worse, at the same time the negative ions in the air become less and less. To be contrary, with the development of technique and economy, people's environment protection consciousness strengthen increasingly, the requirement of "health, safety, comfort and ecology" to the textile industry is higher and higher, the basic capability of textiles don't satisfy the people's requirement any more. It has been proved in medical filed that negative ions can strengthen people's body health and purify the atmosphere environment, it's so a benefit to human being. With the mechanism of negative ions is acknowledged increasingly, the negative ions textile as a functional textile, which can release considerable negative ions and make environment better, let increasing scholars pay more attention to the study of negative ions and relative products. Nowadays, there are several kinds of negative products applied in our daily life, including negative textiles, air cleaner and so on. Due to such choiceness performance, we do believe that there is a splendid market in decoration, home textile and garment industry.In this paper, the negative ions textile and its performance are studied by two different methods. For one thing, to knit three fabrics by three different negative ions staple yarn, analysis their mechanic performance such as the concentration of releasing negative ions and concentration stability after washing;For another applying negative ions treatment to cotton interlock fabrics, which enable the basic fabric to release negative ions. As it is reported in some paper, there are many factors affecting the result of negative ions treatment. Trough pretreatment, it is clear that there are four main factors— temperature, time, concentration of JLSUN888A & 888B play more important role in the treatment. With mathematic model and optimization to parameters, the optimum parameters were obtained for better concentration of negative ions and less side-effect on theappearance and handling of textiles than ordinary ones. Compare with two different type of negative fabric, their performance of concentration stability to washing is studied.The negative agent used in this paper is consisting of JLSUN888A & JLSUN888B. The negative molecule in the agent releases negative ions when they are pressed or the temperature of the environment amounts of electric charge accumulate on both ends of negative molecule and the voltage is enough to ionize the air molecule and H2O molecule around it. Through physical stimulation, for example, the increasingly energy on textile and the friction and liberation when people wear such negative ions product, the negative ions will release. The agent adsorbed by fiber in molecularity, coalescent with hydroxide or amidocyanogen by means of chemical bond. According to the experiment, the mechanic performance can stratify the requirement for wearing and decorate use.As we known, the electric charge of negative ions is very faintness, there isn't a criterion to evaluate concentration of negative ions, meanwhile the concentration is affected easily by certain factors, such as change of humidity, lab assistant, time etc. In order to standardize experiment method, we optimized the testing method, found a measurement by which the stable and approach to reality data can be attained.The negative ions textile developed in this study can emit high concentration negative ions continuously which benefit body health and the environment greatly. We discussed the properties using two methods on enabling textile to release negative ions, and compared textiles between knitted with negative ions staple yarn directly and made by negative ions treatment respectively. We also optimized the testing method.
