This subject is based on the study of rana chensinensis skin tanning technology. Further more, we make product design with its antibacterial performance and other special appearance. The purpose of this subject is to make rana chensinensis skin tanned to solve its abandoned situation, so that we make more efficient use of the resource.Rana chensinensis originates from Dongbei Mountain such as Changbai Mountain. It is the endemic species in China, and it is species with food and medicine. There are nearly 300 million every year, but a lot keep disused. People are mainly concentrated on the study of rana chensinensis in recent 20 years or so. But mainly for collagen proteins, and research breakthough point focuses on medical science, health care and other fields. Northeast it has antibacterial performance significantly, but dose not have good development.Rana chensinensis skin tanning technology was studied with reference to the character in the process of similar skin tanning process, snake skin tanning process, as well as the bullfrog leather tanning process. Rana chensinensis skin, however, because of its character difference, this topic research method mainly adopts four factors of three levels and nine parallel experiments, and discusses the research selected tanning process important link of parallel design of experiment, respectively derived orthogonal experiment, tanning orthogonal experiment, the complex toughening orthogonal experiment and orthogonal test, the fatliquoring retanning orthogonal experiment.
