The research of constructed wetland system is mainly focused on the purification mechanism, design, operation management and so on. The performance evaluation of the constructed wetland can improve the management of the constructed wetland, and the intensity of the emission reduction will play an important role. This paper constructs of the artificial wetland emissions performance evaluation index system established artificial wetland mitigation performance fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, and applied the model of Shandong Province Daotunwa wetland of emissions performance evaluation. This paper mainly carried on the following several aspects of research.Based on PSR model proposed artificial wetland emissions performance evaluation system framework and determine the elements of the pressure standards include:natural factors and social factors; guidelines state elements include:water features, ecological characteristics, economic characteristics, social characteristics; response criteria elements include:management, policies and regulations. Through the analysis of the factors, screening out the "annual rainfall, annual average temperature, the water quality stability of 21 indicators. By using the analytic hierarchy process to calculate index weight calculation, and the criterion layer, factor layer and index layer in the index weight value ranking, and make analysis. Through the investigation, according to the national standards and design specifications, the quantitative and qualitative indicators to determine the evaluation standard.According to the principle of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, combined with the complexity of the performance evaluation index system of the performance evaluation of the artificial wetland, the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. The 14 quantitative indexes, such as the running load rate, the ton water running cost and the annual rainfall amount, were classified as positive index, reverse index and moderate index, respectively. On 7 runoff water quality stability, industry and trade and agriculture pollution, surrounding masses satisfaction and qualitative indexes by expert questionnaire to determine the membership degree matrix. By choosing appropriate fuzzy synthesis operator, from the index level in order to target layer 3 fuzzy transform and get the target layer evaluation matrix B, using the maximum membership degree principle to determine the " five evaluation price level.Dao Tunwa of artificial wetland, artificial wetland emissions performance evaluation system to evaluate, according to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, first determine the membership matrix of quantitative indexes and qualitative indexes (a total of 21 items), followed by a three level hierarchical fuzzy evaluation, finally draws a three level fuzzy evaluation results (the target layer of evaluation criteria layer):Grade 10.4507; grade Ⅱ 0.3244; grade Ⅲ 0.1213; Ⅳ 0.0198; Ⅴ-grade 0.0134. By the principle of maximum degree of membership, Daotunwa wetland belongs to "the overall level of emission reduction performance grade". Against a rate of Dao tunwa wetland runoff water quality stability, operation load, vegetation coverage rate, around the masses of artificial wetland protection consciousness and regulations, and puts forward the measures and suggestions for the optimization of Dao tunwa artificial wetland operation and management level.
