In the management of the company,people are the most important resources,and the management of people is the permanent management theme of the company manager.Human resource management is a highly practical work.Only strategy and lack of strategies and tools to implement strategies cannot achieve the desired results.Peter Drucker,the master of management,once said,"if you can't evaluate it,you can't manage it." As a way to evaluate the performance of employees,performance assessment has become a crucial part of human resource management in enterprises.For the company,the establishment and improvement of the performance appraisal system is particularly critical.This paper takes the S company as the research object,through analyzing the current situation of performance appraisal of the company analysis,found that the lack of scientific and effective performance appraisal index of the existing performance appraisal system,leading to excessive subjective factors during the assessment process,assessment of a serious lack of objectivity and operability,and from taking S,the project team performance appraisal and team management staff performance evaluation as an example,through the design of performance evaluation indicators,the project team performance appraisal indicators of financial index,customer relationship index,indicators of internal processes,learning and growth indicators,targeted optimization and analysis of S company's project team performance appraisal;project team management personnel performance appraisal indicators of work performance,work skills,work attitude,the project team management personnel performance optimization.At the same time,many problems in the performance assessment of S company are deeply,multi angle and omni-directional analysis.With the establishment of performance evaluation system by AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,analytic hierarchy process using AHP software(yaahp6.0)to calculate the weight of indicators,acomprehensive analysis of performance assessment of S company and puts forward the corresponding security measures,to ensure the performance appraisal work effectively implemented.
