NC machine tools with high efficiency, high quality and high flexibility advantages the developed rapidly in the manufacturing industry, along with the rapid development of the world of computer graphics and visualization technology, tool trajectory and the processing process is image to display on the screen, convenient procedure for the operator to check the correctness of, has become a more economical and effective and feasible method. NC machining simulation technology is able to forecast the machining process, and to verify the reliability of NC program,3D dynamic simulation of NC machining is the necessary functions of CNC system, the relative CNC machine tools it simulation technology is more complex and more use value.With respect to six-axis CNC machine tool CNC machine can perform complex curved surface and curve processing, in the early stage of development of NC technology, researchers in the field and the operator has the six-axis CNC machine tool technology studied, and be successful. In this paper, the six-axis CNC machine node structure design and analysis of dynamic characteristics for the research. The purpose is to innovation of six-axis CNC machine tool structure layout and analysis of the machine tools performance and main components of the structure characteristics of, through the virtual prototype modeling and dynamic characteristics analysis, further study of the dynamics of the mechanical structure of the machine.In the description of the six-axis CNC machine six degree of freedom direction on the basis, introduces the design scheme of machine tool, identified machine main technical parameters, planning and design of machine tool structure layout, structural design and selection of main components, to complete the design of the mechanical part of the machine,and the application of the software of machine parts and the whole structure of 3D solid modeling and assembly; then, the linear drive system analysis, discusses the linear transmission system structure and main components characteristics, and the mathematical model of the system is built, and analyzes the factors that influence the linear transmission system error and steady state error. Finally, the application of ANSYS of the major components of the machinetool(beam, column and spindle and slideway) of static analysis, modal analysis on the spindle,and application of dynamic simulation software Recur Dyn, the cutting machine feed and linear displacement were dynamic characteristics analysis.Throughout the research, innovative six-axis NC machine tool structure layout,constructed the six-axis NC machine tool structure model and simulation model of dynamic simulation based on virtual prototype technology and research, which is based on the six-axis NC machine tool for the study of the meaning and value.
