In the equipment of chain drive application,oscillating phenomenon often occurs,which will affect the repeated positioning accuracy,running state and service life of the equipment.However,since the swing center of chain drive is not fixed,it is difficult to realize the detection of the oscillating process by installing a fixed sensor,so a stable,efficient and high precision detection method is urgently needed.In this paper,the circular chain drive conveying system of a certain type of automatic conveying platform is taken as the research object,and a dynamic detection of oscillation for chain drive is developed to solve difficult problems in production.The main research contents are as follows:Construction of visual inspection system.By establishing a mathematical model of the moving process of the chain drive car in the equipment,the amplitude of the car's swing and the time of the transition process are obtained.Thus set up the car detection needs.The overall scheme of the detection system is designed and the hardware and software are developed based on it.Finally,through assembly and debugging,the system construction is completed,and the goal of detecting the dynamic process of the oscillation state of chain drive is realized.Research on image acquisition and image processing algorithm.In this paper,a set of simulation experiment method is designed to study the feasibility of image processing method.By processing the image with gray binarization,area recognition and detection,edge recognition and line extraction,the angle change of the oscillation object can be obtained from the edge change matrix of the oscillation object.Thus,the data processing time can be greatly compressed and the detection speed can be improved.On this basis,the image processing algorithm is developed,which is used to restore the oscillation process of the car and the detection is achieved.Development of man-machine interaction system and data processing software.Based on Lab VIEW,a kind of chain drive oscillation state detection system based on visual image is developed.Communicate with Siemens s7-200 PLC through OPC server.The transmission of data is realized through network port and industrial camera.Embedded in the independent development of MATLAB data processing software.Through Lab VIEW invoke MATLAB program to generate the detection curve,so as to build the chain drive car running status monitoring platform.The oscillation state of the car is detected by means of man-machine interaction.By comparing the relationship between the current position of the car and the previous position,it can judge whether the conveying work is normal,so as to provide closedloop control and fault warning.Virtual operation of the detection system based on ADAMS dynamics simulation.The dynamic simulation model of the feeding car is established and solved by ADAMS,so as to verify the reliability of the visual inspection system.By comparing the experimental data with the dynamic simulation data,the parameters are identified and modified,and then the factors affecting the oscillation state of the car are analyzed,and an optimized solution is provided for solving the problem of equipment oscillation.
