Research In Water Pollution Source Monitoring And Its Quality Assurance System In A River

Monitoring of the total amount of river basin water pollutants is an important means of environmental management,to achieve controlling of the total pollutant of basin,it need establish a sound technology system of total monitoring as technical support in the watershed area, and at the same time quality management is conducted to the whole process of water environment monitoring,and construct the quality assurance system of pollution sources monitoring, it will play a supervisory role for comprehensive management of water pollution the source of the river basin.With China’s rapid economic development, the number and the species of pollutants in water environment are increasing. Although the pollution of water environment has given the attention and investment more and more in the country’s major decisions and many five year plans, the treatment effect is standing still,some places even go beyond, the trend of deterioration of water environment has not been effective control. This paper stands the angles of water environment monitoring and management,reveals the mode of hidden defects and criticized the disease of the current stage of the river basin water resources management under organization structure, function distribution and operating system three aspects. From the angle of management mode of water resource environment of the river inquires why the continued deterioration is happened. Then on the basis of research results,we refer the successful operation mechanism of water environment management operation cases of the developed countries,and at the same time,the situation of the river basin water environment is put into consideration,make some suggestions in view of the resources management system of the river basin,and analysis of the current water environment and quality performance.Quality assurance refers to the whole process of quality management of environmental monitoring,to ensure the accuracy and reliability of environmental monitoring data collected by the monitoring results,ultimately to provide reliable reference for monitoring results of quality; quality control is the specific technology and measures in line with environmental monitoring quality requirements,aimed at analyzing quality requirements,such as error,ensure the accuracy precision,and so on. In the automatic water pollution source monitoring,the involved of the most common quality assurance and quality control is very wide: the individual accomplishment actual monitoring operation person, precision instrument and equipment, environment verification and so on.To construct the guaranteed system of pollution source monitoring has a supervisory role for the comprehensive management of water pollution source of basin.
