The large amount of sewage sludge produced added the burden of the environment,recycling of the sludge can no longer be ignored by the people. The soil water retention capacity of iron tailings is poor,and nutrient poor,but sludge provide nutrients for plants and change soil physical properties,with that contains lots of nutrients and organic matter content can reach more than 30%,has a good bonding effect Iron tailings of zinc, manganese, copper,iron, molybdenum,boron, they are the necessary trace elements of plant. Use of sludge to improve nutrient shortage of iron tailings and plant strong tolerance reclamation,Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica,in order to realize recycling use and avoid causing secondary pollution to the environment.This research use the tail of iron and the sludge mixed plant Pinus sylvestris seeding.we can study the effect of sludge and tail ore with different volume ratio on growth and heavy metal absorption character of Pinus sylvestris seedings, finally,it can provide scientific basis for sludge used in waste mines reclamation and Vegetation restoration. The main conclusions of the text are as follows:(1) Add the sludge to the iron tailings can significantly improve the biomass of Pinus sylvestris seedings,it began to gradually reduce to a certain degree,the growth indicators were first decreases after increasing and C3 treatment is the maximum,C5 treatment is the minimun,significantly lower than the control group,C5 treatment restrain the growth of Pinus sylvestris seedings.(2) Add the sludge to the iron tailings can significantly improve the chlorophyll content of leaf blade. It shows increased after the first drop in small increments rising trend again,chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,chlorophylla+b,are the maximum in C3 treatment,C4 is the minimun,chlorophyll a/b is the maximum in Cl treatment.The photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance,water use efficiency are all first increase then decreases,photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance are the maximum in C3 treatment,water use efficiency is the maximum in C2 treatment,the index decline in the trend of C4 and C5 treatment.It is possible to affect the physiological activities because of a high percentage of sludge and heavy metal content increasing,it produces poisonous effect.On the whole,nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium content of root,stem and leaf of Pinus sylvestris seedings have been rising trend.The root of the phosphorus content is the biggest gains. Potassium content is the most in leaf.Nitrogen content in the size of the order is leaf>root>stem, phosphorus content in the size of the order is root>leaf>stem,potassium content in the size of the order is leaf> root≈stem.(3) Add the sludge to the iron tailings can significantly improve the accumulation of heavy metals.The absorption of Zn of Pinus sylvestris seedings is the most,the second is Cu,because they are necessary elements to the plant.C3 treatment accumulated heavy metals at the highest level,the absorption rate of heavy metal,of Pinus sylvestris seedings is in order of Zn>Cu>Pb>Cd,while the migration coefficient order is Zn>Cu>Cd>Pb.The high concentration of heavy metal can reduce accumulation of heavy metals that have poisonous effects on root system and decrease accumulation of biomass.The heavy metals in effectiv ratios such as Cu,Zn,Pb,Cd that declined obviously less than the control in mixed media.It shows that Pinus sylvestris seedings could obsorb a certain amount of heavy metals so that to reduce the harm of sludge around the ecological environment.To sum up,the increasement of C3 treatment reached maximum at biomass,as to the photosynthetic-physiological indicators and heavy metals.Seedings of C3 treatment is up to the most.The primary conclusion was drown that the volume ratio of sludge and iron ore tail is from 2:4 to 3:4 is the appropriate volume ratio,which was good to the growth and heavy metals accumulation.
