In the process of coal direct liquefaction, the high solid concentration in slurry and complicated composition of the transmission medium,the working condition too harsh,too. This is bound to cause serious erosion wear to pipeline.In this paper, major study the erosion wear of elbow that is impacted by the liquid-solid two-phase flow for the outlet pipeline at the bottom of the separator. In light of the problem of erosion wear of elbow for coal liquefaction pipeline. Analysis the main influence factors and the erosion mechanism of the erosion wear.Establish the Prediction method of erosion wear for the coal liquefaction pipeline, and through this method to research the effect of pipe structure parameters and operating condition parameter on the erosion wear rate of and erosion wear position.The internal fluid flow characteristics of pipeline were numerically simulated by Fluent software.The erosion wear equation of Tulsa university and the shear wear model that was improved by Hashish was inserted into Fluent by secondary development, numerically simulated the erosion wear rate and the distribution of erosion wear. Compared the calculated results with experimental data, and the two kinds of results show good consistency. Thus the prediction method and the selected erosion wear model can be used to predict the erosion wear of pipeline for coal liquefaction. Through this method analyzed and researched the influences of various factors (pipe diameter, bending diameter ratio, bending angle,diameter of the particles, density of particles, mixing proportion of different diameter of the particles, inlet velocity) on the erosion wear.Concluded that the influence of different factors on the erosion wear rate and erosion wear position.In addition, this paper also studies the influence of structural parameters on the erosion wear for the reducer pipe. Provide the basis for pipeline design, process design and the monitoring of pipe thickness.
