Research On Painting Technology Of The Water-borne Coating For The TT Furniture Company

In recent years, the pollution levels of Beijing steadily increase, which has seriously affects people’s work, life and study. The government of Beijing has issued a series of environment protection policies to control enterprises pollution; Furniture industry oily coating belongs to the category of high pollution treatment, and replace the oily coating with water-borne coating is the most direct method for the furniture industry to reduce pollution effectively. The water-borne coating application process and technology on furniture of the TT company, not only comply with the national environmental protection industry policy, but also open up a new road for the existence and development of furniture industry.This paper mainly discusses the original wooden furniture and finishing production lines of the TT company.ln accordance with the furniture inspection standards and on the basis of research results, we choose and design a more suitable production line on water-borne coating and process equipment, etc. First, we experimented with one-component water-borne coating performance experiment, and improved the experiment according to the actual effect of furniture surface. Then, two-component water-borne coating experiments of multiple brands was taken, after comparing the performance of water-borne coating brand effect, we selected the brand which is more suitable for water-borne coating.At the same time, I study the existing equipment and the process parameters according to the characteristics of the water-borne coating. Such as the environment temperature and humidity, drying rate,etc. Finally I purpose to design a production line on spraying water -borne coating.
