| Dairy industry is the basic industry in Hohhot and the government increase the adjustment of the structure of farming, dairy farming in the direction of scale, intensive development in recent years. Large quantity and high concentration of pollutant emissions in scale dairy farm case environmental pollution, which becomes an urgent problem to be solved in the course of healthy and sustainable development of animal husbandry and has attracted wide attention of the state and local government. In this paper, Application of the massive material consult, field investigation and monitoring and analysis to explore the Holihot emission characteristics and treatment mode of dairy waste in Hohhot, emphatically analyze wastewater treatment technology of scale dairy farm(A, B and C) which is larger and fecal contamination treatment system more perfect in Tumotezuo Banner and Helingeer County in Hohhot, and to discuss the problems of wastewater treatment process and put forward the improvement strategy. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) In recent years, the total amount of livestock farming has changed little in Hohhot, due to the decrease in small and scattered dairy farms, the total discharge of fecal contamination reduced in Hohhot in recent years; the area with the largest amount of fecal contamination emission was Tumotezuo Banner, followed by Helingeer County, the livestock with the largest amount of fecal contamination emission was cattle, therefore prevention and cure of cows’contamination should be enough attention in Tumotezuo Banner and Helingeer County.(3) At present, resource type (oxidation pond) and energy type (methane fermentation) were the main two models to treatment cow fecal contamination in Hohhot. The removal rate of COD, suspended matter and total phosphorus in Wastewater of resource type (oxidation pond) pasture was higher than that of energy (biogas fermentation) type, but their wastewater treatment process can not achieve the removal rate in theory.(4) Aiming at the problem of effluent quality not up to the standard and low treatment efficiency in resource and energy type pasture, Energy type ranch mainly carried on the improvement of operation and management, and Pastures resources (oxidation pond) type mainly improve wastewater treatment process, selected process as follows:hydrolysis acidification-USR-SBR-oxidation pond, to predict quality of effluent can be achieved " Standards for irrigation water quality"(GB 5084-2005). |
