The optimum process oi Canarium albun aqueous extract on the DPPH radical antioxidant propertie of the IC50 were 5.751 μg/mL,0.9296 mg/mL, IC50 of Vc were 7.267 μg/mL,0.5462 mg/mL. The results showed that the Canarium albun aqueous extract have strong ability to remove DPPH radical, and slightly higher than the Vc; Canarium albun aqueous extract had antioxidant propertie,but lower than that of Vc.2. The best extraction technology to extract the IC50 half inhibitory concentration of aqueous extract of 0.00297 mg/mL. IC50 of Vc was 0.00873 mg/mL. The results showed that the aqueous extract of Canarium albun have strong ability to remove DPPH radical, and higher than that of Vc. The O2- half inhibitory concentration (IC50) of 0.7065 mg/mL, IC50 of Vc was 0.4563 mg/mL. The results show that the water extract of Canarium albun has certain ability to remove O2-, but lower than that of Vc.3.
