It is complicated that the blast furnace is produced,the life-span of a generation of blast furnace correlate with a great deal of factores,the long campaign life technology of the blast furnace is the application of the comprehensive technology,it is a system engineering to lengthen the life of the blast furnace.The design of a blast furnace is essential,Design from the the inside form,stove throat steel brick,inside lining of blast furnace and cooling system monitoring system,monitoring system,control system,etc,preliminary decision a generation of blast furnace or not long campaign life.This thesis through the analysis of the current domestic and foreignresearch on the obtain resultsextendthelifeoftheblastfurnace, andcombined with the Chaoyang steel 1# BF hearth damage investigation, obtain that improving life –span ofBF isa system engineering,InvolveBF concentrate, the gas flow distribution regulation, improvethe performance ofrefractorymaterials, Strengthen the furnace cooling, choose the reasonable operation systemand daily maintenance, many will only extend the life of blast furnacetechnology and equipment organically, in order to achieve the longevity of blast furnace.Thepreliminaryconclusionsareasfollows :(1)The BF inner profile deign is very importance, α≤80°,β=82°~84°, dead iron layer depth isabout 15% of the diameter ofhearth.(2)The design of self baking carbon block hearth with ceramic cup is not reasonable, because the heat insulation effect of ceramic cup, the selfbaking carbon block is difficult to reach the temperature required for roasting, the heat conductivity of self baking carbon block is far lower than that of roasting carbon brick.(3)Tuyere with corundum mullite composite bricks.(4)In 6 ~ 9 period of copper cooling stave of blast furnace slag can form, will be effective to protect shaft copper cooling stave for blast furnace to achieve high efficiency, long life goals.(5)The use of vertical temperature self regulating valve regulating water,cancel theconstantflow of water, can completely eliminate the gas plug,prolong the life of the cooling walls.(6)The design of the blast furnace taphole, iron mouth number three, iron mouth hole 2100 mm, iron mouth hole Angle of 10 °.(7)Establish reasonable system of blast furnace cooling, daily monitoringand cooling systemofblastfurnace.
