In recent years, 3D printing technology that based on FDM due to its adaptation of the small-batch, multi-species, modified-fast, low-cost model of modern manufacturing and gradually adopted by mold manufacturing industry. However, it still has some problems in the manufacturing precision and the strength of the parts. Therefore, the research of CNC machine and 3D printing technology that based on FDM integration mold manufacturing has been carried out in this paper.On the basis of the analysis of the molding process parameters considering the thickness and deposition orientation of two major factors that influence the forming accuracy and surface roughness to establish the mathematical model of the relationship between the molding direction and thickness and conduct MATLAB simulation.A combined scanning that combination of offset scan and partition domain parallel scanning and scanning path sequence planning algorithm is developed,which can improve the accuracy, strength and reduce the surface roughness.The nozzle path is generated based on the slice data of CLI that is handled with composite scanning algorithm and the path sequence planning algorithm programmed by Visual C++, and applying VRICUT NC machining simulation software to simulate the nozzle path.Finally, the nozzle simulation verify the correctness of hybrid scanning algorithms and the feasibility of sequence planning algorithm and CNC machine and 3D printing technology that based on FDM integrated mold manufacturing method. |
