CAD is short for computer aided design, it is an engineer in a computer software as a supplementary means for a modern method of product design, it fully using man-machine their respective special skill, using computer software to improve or completely change the traditional design process.Compared with the traditional design method, The modern design method is a big advantage,design time,accuracy and reliability,its flexible parametric design function changes of the existing design parameters, greatly improves the design efficiency, realize the mechanical automation combined with optimization.This method can not only meet customers’ increasingly high demand, but also provide the basis for mechanical equipment to a higher precision manufacturing.He repeated the passive computing product parameters along with putting the active design products, the static, experience, unarmed into dynamic, scientific, computerized design process.The typical representation of the single pendulum amusement equipment (pirate) was our study object in this paper,put the SolidWorks system as a design platform,make full use of computer aided design method to do the following several aspects work:1.Establish the initial model based on the study of the working principle of the rotary amusement equipment, ensure the security requirement of the institution as a starting point, and use the rigid body dynamics analysis method, getting the rigid body dynamics model under the working condition of maximum load components of velocity, acceleration and the time of contact-change curve.2. The main structure of the specific design is conducted with reference to this parameter.3.Three dimensional models of all components for case are designed,which are overal assembled optimized, make sure that the parts with no interference.4. The pirate ships kinematics simulation were carried out again with SolidWorks motion,through the analysis of rigid body dynamics model, verification of the established,Under the working condition of maximum load components of velocity, acceleration and the time of contact-change curve of each component was determined 5.Through using SolidWorks simulation for the main structure of the statics analysis to determine whether design after parts have sufficient strength and stiffness,and buckling analysis was carried out on the bracket, so as not to prevent the buckling deformation.In addition, this article also variable load static analysis was carried out on the whole body, already meet organization in under special conditions (wind load and snow load) job requirement.The analysis indicates that the largerotary amusement equipment(pirate) has enough strength,stiffness under the effect of various load combination calculates the critical load value of the structure;the design is verified by analyzed the model of virtual simulation, simulate the organization form of exercise;through the study design, the quality of the initial parameters of assumptions, the structure of the link relation set influence the result of the analysis, accurate quality parameters setting, properly set link relations,it is the key to obtain accurate analysis results.By the application of design platform design example,optimize the structure of key parts design, it obtaines the best structural parameters under the premise that guarantee the design object and mechanical properties, it is shows that this design method accord with mechanical design general rule in design practice, the resulting structure can be in the effective parameters to optimize the optimal structure parameters.
