With the mature of computer aided design technology,the engineer is more and more popular use it as an auxiliary means to make design analysis for products.It is a modern design method that use computer software as auxiliary tool to carry on design based on man-machine cooperation way.Compared with the traditional design method,its advantages are that can shorten the production cycle,improve product development efficiency,save material,reduce the labor and production cost.Especially for those modern design methods which contain the parametric design,finite element analysis,and rigid body dynamics analysis,virtual prototype technology and optimization design etc.are widely used in machinery,aviation and other fields.There have higher safety performance requirements for modern entertainment equipment,which are satisfied with appearance design beautiful and the adventure of entertainment make its degrees of freedom is more than 3 and movement form complex.And in the initial stage of design,kinetic parameters of entertainment equipment are incomplete because of its complexity of equipment movement and load form.So only based on statics analysis data to design is not science,it must be combined with dynamic analysis to get the kinetic parameters for design and analysis,and then obtain the best design parameters.With the "automatic control plane" entertainment equipment cantilever beam as the research object,using SolidWorks software,combined with the design requirements,the overall design of entertainment equipment cantilever beam are completed based on national standard and specification.The main research process is as follows:(1)On the basis of the initial design parameters,the initial prototype model of entertainment equipment is set up combined with the design standards and safety requirements.The time-force curves in three special conditions of entertainment equipment are obtained through the rigid body dynamics analysis with SolidWorks-Motion,and find out the most dangerous condition under maximum load.(2)The cantilever beams structure design are carried refer to the maximum load of key positions of cantilever beam with the rigid body dynamics analysis.Cantilever beams statics analysis is carried by using SolidWorks-Simulation on the basis of the kinetic parameters,the diagrams of stress and displacement distribution and safety coefficient of cantilever beam are obtained.(3)The optimization design of cantilever beams with statics analysis data as reference,the optimum parameters of the cantilever beam are found out according to the requirement of design standard and the safety standard.(4)Using designed cantilever beam with other components to assemble,and making analysis and comparison and verification again.The time-force curve of the key parts of cantilever beam are re-determined.In this paper,the analysis results show that the best structural parameters are got by optimization design of cantilever beams with Simulation,which is carried on the premise of guarantee the mechanical performance and safety performance.It proved that the method comply with the general rules of mechanical design,the CAD technology of general mechanical design is explored,these can provide reference data and theoretical support for similar entertainment equipment design and production,and offer a new thought and method for safety assessment of the relative product.
