Nanofibers is refer to the fiber with a diameter limited to nanoscale. Nanofibers exhibit some novel qualities that different from many conventional fibers’, which can be applied to biomedical, electron component, shielding material, clothes and so on. Nonetheless, to further enhance their added value, nanofibers should be twisted into yarn which can be applied to modern textile technology. There are many preparation methods of nanofibers. However, the obtained fiber are nonwoven fabric, which cannot be twisted into yarn. Recently, some researchers used conjugate and water bath electrostatic spinning method to collect the nanofibers with particular orientation, and twisted them, but ended with general effect. For the reason that the silk production efficiency of electrostatic spinning is too low to meet the need of modern textile technology.Base on mentioned above, this paper puts forward a new kind of equipment design. This design is mainly based on the principle of centrifugal spinning, improving the original centrifugal spinning equipment, adding new structures, and aims at realizing the transformation from centrifugal spinning equipment to centrifugal spinning equipment. The main contents of this paper are as follow:Firstly, make a acknowledgment about the progress of nanofibers, including the application, preparing methods, and the existing twisting methods of nanofibers. The respective characteristics of the different nanofibers prepared and nanofibers twisting method be summarized and analyzed.The principle of centrifugal spinning is analyzed theoretically, And discussed the factors of the production of the silk thread have what, what are the factors that affect the collection of the silk thread. Furthermore, evaluation of the existing set of centrifugal spinning technology and methods for wire twisting method, analyzes its advantages and disadvantages.After fully understanding the characteristics of the preparation of nanofibers in the centrifugal spinning process, the design of continuous nano centrifuge spinning equipment was designed.Second, according to the basic requirements of equipment design, combined with mechanical design principles and characteristics of centrifugal spinning to design the detailed structure of the implementation scheme.After the reference and comparison of different kinds of centrifugal spinning methods, the new type of filament collecting structure was designed.The new structure is characterized by the use of special layout of the conveyor belt to achieve continuous set wire, and at the same time using the principle of fluid mechanics to achieve spinning process on the collection of yarn, and ultimately to achieve the continuous and orderly collection of the thread.Based on the principle of friction spinning, the twisting device is designed, which is the core components of devices. It can be friction twisted with conveyer belt, and be consist of secondary twisting process structure, and the reliability of silk yarn twisting is ensured.Third, it is found that in the process of silk production, the reflux phenomenon is appeared. Finite element simulation technology is used to analyze and simulate the wire collecting area, and the cause of the problem is found. The structure of the wire collecting region is optimized, and then verify the optimization results by the finite element simulation method.
