Centrifugal impeller is one of the key components of an aircraft engine. The research on its high precision NC machining technology is an important means to improve the competitiveness of the core technology of the enterprise. The centrifugal impeller is the cost of machining hub and blade on the blank with high precision CNC machine tool, but the blade needs to ensure the uniform radial distribution of the air flow in the blade, and the thin-walled structure of the blade leads to the difficulty of NC machining, and the geometric error deformation and processing parameters are easily produced. It's hard to determine. The subject is aimed at the above problems. This paper first analyzes the basic mechanism of milling and the principle of five axis NC milling, expounds the purpose of the test and the design of the test, and constructs the prediction model of the milling force. Then the optimization of the error compensation optimization of the machining deformation of the centrifugal impeller blade is analyzed in detail, and the principle of multi axis NC machining and the theory of tool path optimization are applied synthetically. The principle of error compensation, numerical simulation, database development and cutting experiments are used to explore the tool path and process parameters optimization of the five axis NC machining of centrifugal impeller. The multi-objective optimization of the processing parameters of the centrifugal impeller blade processing is further studied.Based on the software platform such as Ug/Open GRIP,VERICUT,ANSYS and MATLAB,the milling force in the process is accurately calculated and the prediction model is constructed. On this basis, the machining accuracy and processing quality of the tool and workpiece deformation are studied. The influence of processing parameters on machining efficiency and surface quality is studied.
