| This study with the continous hot press of producting recombinant lumber developed by the research group as the research object, combine and reference the working methods, and by using the finite element analysis method is analyzed on simulation of beam plate assembly and the frame of the installation, focuses on the equipment installation and commissioning process. The conclusions of the study are as follows:(1) This recombinant lumber continuous hot press mainly includes recombinant slab feed device, heating pressurizing device, holding constant pressure thick device, finished out of material device and sheet transportation device, the main structure include frame, hot pressing plate, pressure device, oil cylinder, strip, roller chain blanket, a steel belt drive roller and the driven roller etc.(2)Through the Pro/E and ANSYS Workbench platform docking, static analysis of the beam and frame plates using finite element analysis method, analysis results show that: the installation beam and frame plate on the maximum stress values are much less than that of the material under the condition of 250℃ allowable stress, installation of beam and frame plate deformation small; therefore simulation installation beam and frame plate can meet the installation requirements of the design, and the restructuring of lumber and the thickness is not affected by the deformation of the plate frame.(3) Recombinant material continuous hot press installation includes compressor bottom beams and rack installation, hot pressing plate and the cylinder installation, installation of roller chain, strip and pressure device installation. Acceptance on the basis of the work to do in bottom is arranged in front of the beams and frame installation should ensure 8 pairs of the centre of the machine frame and press center consistent, beam installation should be and bottom beam, to maintain the level. The installation of the hot plate and the cylinder is completed on the platform of steel installation; The installation sequence of the hot pressing board, the orientation of the joint and the thermal insulation device are the key, and the installation of the oil cylinder should be paid attention to the connection of the frame and the hot plate. The installation sequence of the chain is the key to the installation of the chain and the roller and chain assembly. In the installation process, the corresponding pairs of chains are classified. Steel strip in the installation process should do a good job of surface protection work, the first installation of steel strip and then installed on the steel strip, steel strip interface welding is oblique to 45 degrees in the steel platform welding, the upper and lower steel strip of the weld shall not overlap. Lateral pressure device installation is linked into a chain of lateral pressure plate pressure on the import side frame body and cyclic lateral pedrail chain, left and right two lateral pedrail chain in the compressor is symmetrical installation.(4) The debugging of the continuous hot press of the recombinant square material mainly includes the inspection before the commissioning, the single machine no-load debugging, the whole machine combined debugging and the equipment load test. The installation and working status of the structure, hydraulic, lubrication and electrical control of the hot press equipment must be checked before commissioning. The single machine load test is the key structure of the hydraulic system, steel strip, roller chain and hot press board. The whole machine is to start the continuous press to check the function of the normal work. Equipment load test mainly includes the finished product square material pre press adjustment and the reorganization slab pre press adjustment. To carry on the research to the equipment maintenance and maintenance, mainly introduces the hydraulic, lubrication and other system equipment maintenance method. |
