As people more and more high to the requirement of environmental protection, the feasibility study depends largely on the process of chemical production is environmentally friendly, to green development, the demand is higher and higher, the atom economy are increasingly demanding chemical industrial "three wastes" treatment, wastewater and solid waste treatment technology relatively mature, treatment is relatively stable, and the processing of chemical waste gas is more and more become the difficulty and key, chemical waste gas processing method is usually: adsorption, absorption, condensation, burning (including catalytic combustion) method, this article will focus on the safety of the chemical waste gas hydrogenation of waste collection, transport risk analysis and assessment, and to carry out the corresponding security measures, to ensure safe and controllable.This article is to the hydrogenation tail gas used in the process of collecting, storage processing technology advance risk analysis and the method of hazard and operability analysis (HAZOP) analysis and research, by analyzing the corresponding risk, establish effective preventive measures to put an end to process the accident, realize the intrinsically safe, so as to achieve the purpose of safe production.According to the result of risk assessment and risk acceptable level, we adopt the corresponding security protection design, to ensure that the process of risk control, the final design results show in the form of drawings, finally realizes the industrialization, the implementation of the company’s actual problem.
