With the oil field development, the layer properties to replace capacity developmentbecomes worse, moderate and high permeability strata development to gradually shift thelayer of low permeability and low permeability, the injected water quality requirements havebecome more sophisticated, now inject "8.3.2"Water quality has been unable to meet thedevelopment requirements. According to the requirements of oil field development, the Theapricot Development Zone, South East, west transition zone and pure oil region, three infillwells required to inject the "5.1.1" water quality. However, the oilfield produced water byconventional treatment methods are difficult to meet this requirement. The granular mediafilter, even with three or four filter processing, due to the limitations of filtering accuracy, thetreated water quality can not achieve low permeability reservoir injection water quality"5.1.1" requirement. To this end, the carrying out of the high filtration precision Experimentalstudy of membrane filtration technology is particularly important. In this thesis, a walnut shell filter water, lateral flow coalescence degreasing the effluentwater as a membrane filtration, water quality compliance status through changes in runoff andwater quality assessment of membrane treatment to determine the ceramic film adaptation ofthe runoff water quality; membrane treatment of oily wastewater field test, to ensure waterquality standards in the treatment, has launched a test of the membrane flux, the filtrationcycle to determine the test, circulating water, the test of the sewerage time and the volume ofsewage membrane flux recovery rate test (membranecleaning methods, cleaning fluidconcentration and time, etc.), test out the technical parameters of film running andregeneration; optimized technical parameters of the film treatment of oily wastewater, thestable operation of the test; the final test in the different treatment processes, the ceramicmembranetreatment of oily wastewater economy and membrane flux, the definition oftechnical parameters of the filtration cycle, membrane regeneration recovery rate.Oily sewage ceramic filter process research trials through the selection of ceramicmembrane processing technology on an industrial scale pilot studies, contrast optimizationsewage ceramic membrane "5.1.1" process and reasonable operation mode determined byexperimentoperating parameters and technical boundaries and test the water stability ofstandards, reasonable operating costs, simplify the process, broaden the oily sewage "5.1.1"process areas, with good prospects of application.
