Along with the coal mine informatization, digitlization, network development,the use of modern information technology, database technology, sensor network technology and intelligent control technology in mining enterprise, production activities of three-dimensional scale, on mine production, operation and management of each link and factor of production network, digital, modeling, visualization, the integrated and scientific management,to make the mine production safety, high efficiency, low consumption present situation in coal mine in the consensus. These new technologies, new concepts are proposed and applied, for communication requirements are not satisfied with a single monitoring information transmission, but the requirements including voice, data, image information service.The integrated information service transmission on network openness, real-time, reliability, and network capacity, have higher requirements, but to the coal mine management presents the intuitive, clear, natural and effective management mode.In view of this,the need for a new network transmission platform, in this case "mine intrinsically safe type multichannel Industrial Ethernet" concept should be from time to time, popular speakers, it is equivalent to constructing a network "expressway", satisfying all data formats, such as audio and video business through an optical fiber flexible access, and no interference in the transmission and application.The network platform for the construction of digital, information network, the mine has realistic meaning.This paper briefly describes the multi-channel Industrial Ethernet access node equipment, in the selection of equipment used in intrinsically safe equipment and modular structure.This paper describes the multi-channel Industrial Ethernet system architecture,working principle.Focus on tunnel technology and rapid protection mechanism for research,and summed up the tunnel technology and rapid protection mechanism in the system architecture and network safety features.And on this basis, put forward mine multichannel Ethernet implementation plan.This paper analyzed the mine multi-channel Industrial Ethernet network management system for the realization of the principle, as well as the network management configuration, network management system and network communication protocol, describing the network management system solutions and the overall realization of each function module.
