Study On Water Pollution Control Of Jialing River Sichuan Guangyuan

With the growth of Guangyuan population and the development of industrialization and urbanizationin in the 13th plan of five-year national development, pollutants will continue to increase. Water pollution problem of Jialing River(Guangyuan) still to be solved, the water environmental risk prevention is still significant, and water pollution prevention and control work of Jialing River is not still optimistic. In this paper, the environment Investigation of Jialing River based on analysis of existing environmental problems, it proposed targeted water pollution control and major water pollutant reduction measures. It proposed practical treatment projects, and strengthen safeguards. To ensure continuous good jialing river water environment.In order to improve water environmental in Jialing River(Guangyuan), by combined with prevention of environmental planning of Sichuan, the paper used the effective monitoring to evaluate the water quality of every section of Jialing River (Guangyuan). According to the monitoring statistical data, it analyzed the effectiveness of pollution control measures of Jialing River (Guangyuan). Based on population growth model, water pollution load condition was comprehensive evaluated. According to the results of the assessment, it determined that industrial pollution, domestic pollution and NPS pollution were the main pollution sources, and the main water pollutants were CODCr and ammonia. The regional water environment capacity and pollutant index were analyzed by using quantitative analysis method. It suggested that the water pollutant emissions to met the water environmental capacity requirements. In order to keep the water environment quality and water ecological balance of Jialing River (Guangyuan), based on the specific water pollution situation and problems of Jialing River(Guangyuan), it proposed the drinking water source protection, the pollution control and life supporting construction, the promotion of industrial pollution prevention, implementation of agricultural non-point source pollution prevention policie and technologies, and promote the construction of water environment supervision.The paper proposed the nature and ecological measure to repair environmental carrying capacity, enhance the level of non-point source pollution control, reducing the total discharge of pollutants in water. It provided a scientific basis and technical support for the sustainable social and economic development of Guangyuan.
