Under the premise of a sharp global economic growth, China should pay more attention to the garbage phenomenon, as the world’s big developing country, city size, number and population growth, rapid economic development and continuous improvement of quality of life, with it comes the garbage pollution problems have become increasingly prominent in the national efforts to improve the environment, and vigorously promote the development of green background. Landfill is the main way of waste disposal at this stage, but the presence of leachate pollution, post-high ammonia concentration, and the diameter of the airway clear garbage ingredient to the liquid phase conversion of different positions garbage into the garbage heap in vivo law unknown and other shortcomings, for the above problems, this paper presents on the effects of solid waste decomposition in different airway caliber on semi aerobic bioreactor landfill. Based on simulations, we set different airway diameter (φ25mm, φ75mm, φ50mm), by analyzing the trend of semi-aerobic bioreactor pollutants in both solid and liquid phase, and transformation of pollutants for research; at the same time we let spam samples at different locations within the reactor for spectral characterization (three-dimensional fluorescence spectroscopy,UV-visible spectroscopy), were studied airway diameter, garbage horizon, the impact from the airway different positions spam sample degradation, summarizes nitrogen, carbon-containing compounds in the solid and liquid phases the conversion rate and the impact of the garbage heap in vivo degradation factors in different airway caliber semi-aerobic bioreactor, in order to provide a theoretical basis for accelerating the stabilization of the landfill.Indoor simulation study shows, with the increased of airway diameters from φ25mm to φ50mm, the decline rate of leachate ammonia nitrogen, COD and other pollutants concentration increase. When the diameter is increased to 50mm, the airway caliber to continue with increasing diameter of leachate pollutant removal rate is not obvious. Organic matter and BDM values in solid waste showed a downward trend, in general,1#,2#,3# column garbage landfill organic matter decreased by 15.541%,33.001%,21.25%, BDM decreased by 7.94%,23.7%,11.59%,namely the most obvious of decline is landfill 2#,it means the airway caliber more conducive to the degradation of organic waste; Only a slight decrease in the total nitrogen content of the original garbage, compared with the initial content of ammonium nitrogen waste Ammonium content decreased by 7%, respectively, compared to 22.6% 18.2%, mainly 2# airway caliber minimum led to the slow rate of degradation of ammonium and ammonia accumulation there was a certain phenomenon.Conversion of landfill pollution of:(1) Conversion of nitrogen-containing compounds。 In experiments column,the nitrogen-containing compound of solid-phase conversion of 1#、2#、3#,is respectively 10.7%,57.07%,19.93%, that is 2#>3#> 1# on the nitrogen-containing compound of solid-phase conversion;On the other time conversion to liquid nitrogen very little, the highest conversion rate is 1#, only 1.13%, followed by# 5, 0.3%, the smallest is# 4,0.08%. (2) Conversion of carbon-containing compounds, the carbon-containing compound of solid-phase conversion of 1#、2#、3#,is respectively 28.9%, 61,3%,39.5%, that is 2#>3#>1#on the nitrogen-containing compound of solid-phase conversion;on the other time conversion to liquid nitrogen very little, the highest conversion rate is 1#, only 2.09%, followed by 3#,1.02%, the smallest is 2#,0.6%Depending on the spectral characteristics of the different airway diameter reactor waste analysis shows the same position, the size of three fluorescence peak 2#> 3#>1#, r (1/2)2#> r (1/2)3#> r(1/2)1#, that is, an increase in airway caliber in favor of landfill within the column degradation; On the same airway diameter near 3# on trash near and near-area characteristic spectral analysis, the three fluorescence peak to peak size of near the highest> under close> nearly, and r nearly> r under close> r near the highest organic content of garbage lowest degree of humid acid on the corruption that is near, the most complete degradation.5#on the same airway same layer from the airway at different locations garbage spectral characteristic analysis, the three fluorescence peak to peak size of 3#middle nearly>3# middle middle>3# middle far, r middle far> r middle> r middle nearly, that the organic matter in the nearest garbage is lowest, the highest degree of corruption, it means the near distance airway caliber, the more oxygen-rich, the more thorough waste decomposition.By analyzing the spectral characteristics of stars, airway diameter increases, the column near the landfill area and the distance near the airway more thorough waste degradation, it is advantageous to achieve rapid stabilization of waste.
