The experiment designs the structure of Aged-Refuse-Based Bioreactor for semi-aerobic and handles leachate as a processing object in order to research the treament capability of the semi-aerobic landfilling Aged-Refuse-Based Bioreactor, in different landfilling density, opening rate of airway and landfilling depth.The results of laboratory simulated tests indicate that: (1) In the density scope of this experiment (p=850, 1000, 1150kg/m3), various pollutant's removal of ratio has reduced a little while density increases. But the scope of decrease is all around 1%, it has little effects on entire leachate treatment. So this differentia can be ignored; (2)When opening rate of airway is 6.25%, 12.5%, 25%, it has little effects on CODCr and NH3-N's removal of ratio but has a lot of effects on TN. For example, when the opening of airway pipe is 10cm (the opening ratio is 12.5%), the removal of ratio of TN keeps around 95.5%; when the opening of airway pipe is 5cm (the opening ratio is 25%), the removal of ratio of TN has undulated a lot. The highest ratio is 92.68%, and the lowest ratio is 74.58%; when the opening of airway pipe is 20cm (the opening ratio is 6.25%), the highest ratio is 83.3%, the lowest ratio is 52.96%. According to the experimental result, the appropriate scope of opening ratio is about 12.5%. (3)Different thickness of Aged-Refuse-Based Bioreactor for the removal of pollutant in leachate is foucus on 60cm top of the infall. When the depth of layer is over 60cm, the degeneration transformation propelling force along the layer height of CODCr, NH3-N, TN has rapidly decreased. For example, when the water power shoulders 2.4L/d, the current of water achieves 60cm top of the infall, the removal quantities of CODCr, NH3-N, TN have occupied 80.1%,89.9%,68.7% respectively on total amount. When the current of water achieves 150cm top of the infall, the removal quantities of CODCr,NH3-N,TN have occupied 98.7%,99.7%,94.9% respectively on total amount.The research is a beneficial attempt which has used the semi-aerobic Aged-Refuse-Based Bioreactor treatment leachate and has greate reference value to the treatment of leachate in-site in landfills.
