The research and planning of feature processing technology is not only the foundation of manufacturing, but also the theoretical optimization process for processing technic, and directly affects the processing methods, processing quality and production costs of products. In this paper, the machining process of the hole parts was intensively studied from the three aspects of machining process, tool adaptability and cutting parameters optimization.Firstly, the topological directed graph model was established combined with the constraint relation of the basic theory of topological directed graph and the machining process, and the sort results of parts feature processing was solved by topological sorting method.Secondly, the Positive Reciprocal Matrix of the decision weight of feature processing technology was established by the methods of Combining the expert consultation and analytic hierarchy process at the same time of analyzing the factors of affecting the evaluation results, and a more reasonable multi factor evaluation weight set was determined by norm power multiplication.Thirdly, the decision making of feature processing technology of hole type parts was studied from the three aspects of the processing technology, machine tool equipment type and the Processing on the Base Position based on the theory of fuzzy mathematics. At the same time of obtaining the results of the process plan, it also realized the optimization of feature processing technology of hole type parts combined with the weight of evaluation factors and fuzzy synthetic operation rules based on the fuzzy evaluation factor set, the alternative plan set, the membership function and the single factor evaluation matrix of process decision making process.Besides, the adaptability of hole machining tool cutting process was studied from two aspects of tool structure and material type using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Through the fuzzy evaluation model and the hierarchical decision-making, the evaluation results are obtained, which provides a theoretical basis for guiding the cutting tool selection.Finally, the solving goal of the maximum processing efficiency and the minimum manufacturing cost was established for drilling process for the feature of hole parts, and the multi-objective mathematical optimization theory model and some Matlab program segments were established, which is based on the tool life, process conditions of production, machining quality and precision. The optimization of cutting parameters of hole parts was realized by particle swarm intelligence optimization algorithm. At the same time, the drilling process of hole feature was simulated combined with Deform-3d software and the theoretical optimization value of cutting parameter, and the accuracy of the theoretical cutting parameters can also be verified.
