With the development of the science and technology, modern society’s requirements of manufacturing turn into efficiency、precision and sustainable development. In order to solve the three major technical difficulties of the process of the deep hole processing, the research and improvement are always continuing. Not only because the deep hole processing has a large proportion in the machinery industry, but also due to the deep hole processing itself. It has a very important position in many high-precision areas, and no one can shake it. Therefor,if the deep hole processing can have a big breakthrough on the fields of efficiency、accuracy and sustainable development,that would be a major step forward for the whole of modern manufacturing.The main contents are as follows:(1) Based on the Bernoulli principle and the theorem of kinetic energy, this paper build a mathematical model, which focused on the principles of negative pressure pumping debris and analyzed some factors of negative pressure effect.(2) Focused on the mathematical model which the author built before. As a starting point, it analyzes the vector motion during the simulation and then establishes structural optimization program:Plan 1. Building a model about hyperboloid for decreasing the energy’s loss between the top area and the bottom area of nozzle cone.Plan 2. Set up a structure model about secondary entry mode. Based on the data during the simulation analysis,it studies the distance between the two entrances to the effects of the turbulent motion in chip removal pipes. Finally, analyzing its connection with the negative pressure effect. It provides a new thinking mode to study the deep hole processing chip removal device.(3) Using Pro E set up a 3D model about the chip removal device. By using Fl UENT software,the author start to simulate plan 1 and plan 2,then analyzes their changeable process.Each simulation parameter is set up by the given data in the table,and then analyze the data and cloud. It will reflect the relationship about the turbulent.motion of the vortex motion and two inlet pitch. This paper provides a new perspective of improving the chip removal device.
