Double reinforced concrete shaft lining structure is the main supporting structure of mine shaft using freezing method construction in deep alluvium. Our current shaft lining structural design method has been in use "allowable stress method", which lead to true performance and safety of shaft lining not clear, and technical and economic indicators unreasonable. For this reason, in this paper, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation method are used for reliability analysis on outer shaft lining structure of freezing shaft in deep alluvium. The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1) Uncertainty of material properties, geometry and calculation mode of high-strength shaft lining structure of freezing shaft are studied, on the basis, structural resistance of outer shaft lining structure of freezing shaft in deep alluvium are statistical analyzed. The results show that shaft lining structural resistance meet normal distribution form, The mean value and variation coefficient of the structure resistance of the freezing shaft are finally determined.(2)The probability statistics method, of freezing shaft construction period and operation period of outer shaft wall basic load standard value and probability distribution types were studied, and on the frozen shaft construction period and operation period of wall auxiliary load standard value and probability distribution types were studied. The load effect combination of the basic load and the auxiliary load is combined to obtain the distribution function and the parameters of the load and the load on the shaft of the frozen shaft during the construction period(Mean and standard deviation).(3) Based on the structural reliability index and freezing wall design method, deduced the Deep Alluvium Freezing the outer shaft wall bearing capacity limit state equation, the JC method to determine the freezing shaft high strength shaft lining structure of outer shaft wall target reliability index.(4) Ding set mine auxiliary shaft (frozen shaft) 501m horizon of outer shaft wall structure as an example, using finite element software ANSYS, the using reliability analysis methods (Monte Carlo method) on the outer wall of the reliability of finite element analysis, to determine the target reliability index of the section of the outer wall, thus validating the safety of the outer wall.In this paper, the reliability of the outer sidewall structure of the freezing shaft is obtained, which provides a reference for the design of the outer shaft lining of the deep frozen shaft with high efficiency and saving.
